- Sales Channels: If you have proven customer acquisition; there are several sales channels available where you will be responsible for acquiring and managing both our existing and new key accounts.
Client Experience
This team is responsible for driving our customer centric culture through out the group and outward by providing quality experience and constantly looking for better ways to improve every aspect of our product and service delivery.
The career potential for the Client Experience team is either developed in;
- Product & Brand Experience: You’ll focus on delighting our customers by ensuring all Concept Group products and services are customer engaging and goes beyond to meet the needs of the customer.
- Client Management: You could also join the specialist providing quality services. You’ll be responsible for timely incident resolution through proactive; preventive and personal approach to every client issue.
Marketing
Our Marketing team provides an end-to-end marketing service reflected in the three key areas below.
- Communications: If you have strong communications skills you can specialize in either online or offline communications. You’ll be responsible for developing visibility through effective message delivery and the use of an effective communication channel.
- Brand Strategy: Or you could join the team that are responsible for the execution and development of communications strategy. You’ll be involved in anticipating future trends and the success of Concept Group products and services.
- Creative Design and Media: If you have an extensive knowledge of creative designs and graphics; you can join our team to create designs that looks good and tells our audience everything they need to know and get them to complete an action which will generate leads and sales.
