Administration:

This area of work involves keeping all departments within the organization operating at maximum capacity through providing systematic support in every area of business without any interruption in services.


Business Development:

This area of work includes ensuring an ongoing and persistent improvement of the existing business and contributes to identifying and developing new business opportunities.


Client Services:

This area of work encompasses managing the relationship between the organization and its clients, ensuring that excellent service standards are maintained, also taking responsibility for marketing and building relationships with prospective clients.


Credit Control/Risk Management:

This area of work is responsible for the efficient and effective collection of all income and loans, and dealing with other financial matters in accordance with the financial regulations and financial procedures of the organization.


Finance & Accounting:

This area of work involves providing cost effective and efficient accounting and financial management services through budget and financial reporting, management information systems, forecasting and procedure development to the Board, stakeholders and subsidiary companies of the Concept Group.


Human Resources:

This area of work is devoted to providing effective policies, procedures, and people-friendly guidelines and support within the organization and serves to make sure that the organization’s mission, vision, values or guiding principles are optimized.


Information Technology:

This area of work is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software and networking of computers in the organization and ensuring that all employees have full access to the computer systems.


Internal Control:

This area of work involves assuring achievement of an organization’s objectives in operational effectiveness and efficiency, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with laws, regulations and policies. It involves everything that controls risks to an organization.


Learning and Development:

This area of work is responsible for developing people through creating a learning culture and formulating organizational and individual learning strategies.


Legal:

This area of work encompasses the provision of legal advisor services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.


Market Research:

This area of work covers activities involving the planning, gathering and analysis of information on behalf of organizations, typically on consumer or social issues, to enable them make informed decisions - political, social and economic as the case may be.


Marketing & Strategy:

This area of work deals with attracting, acquiring and retaining customers and involves identification of needs, development of products/services, creation of marketing strategies, to sales promotion, the generation of sales leads, to negotiating and closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.


Offline Marketing and Communications:

This area of work is responsible for a combination of activities that influence existing and potential customers’ opinions of the organization and its products, as well as improving the visibility and strategic positioning of the company through strategic partnerships with relevant parties in the offline space.


Operations:

This area of work encompasses planning, directing and providing analytical solutions required to assure that processes, policies and systems perform the functions for which they are designed and implemented.


Research and Development:

This area of work involves investigative activities conducted with the intention of making a discovery that can either lead to the development of new products or procedures, or to improvement of existing products or procedures in order to improve and expand the organization’s operations.


Sales:

This area of work deals with planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by identifying objectives, strategies and action plans.


Strategy and Marketing:

This area of work is encompasses the formulation of the long-term direction of the organization that combines a specific competitive position with particular capabilities with the aim to create sustainable competitive advantage and assist the organization in achieving its goals.


Technician:

This area of work involves the installation, programming and maintenance of products and services for customers.
