The Head, Sales Operations and Strategy has the primary responsibility of delivering the right revenue; be that defined as a hard number, growth target, profit target and/or a market share goal. He/she ensures the availability of proper sales training initiatives as well as overseeing the planning and management for roles, responsibilities, values, and rules of engagement in the sales department. He/she will also align planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives with business objectives in addition to developing departmental goals and objectives for further sales effectiveness.
The Treasury Officer is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers, serving as the single point of contact for new business as well as existing portfolios. He/She will manage the funds of HNI (high net worth) customers.
