JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Support officer is expected to carry out pre-deployment operations (Quality Assurance/Control tests et al) for all hardware-based products, provide hardware and platform support for new and existing products, carry out troubleshooting of all issues related to the hardware and advanced platform.
Research and develop new solutions, provide upgrades to existing solutions, integrate solutions and provide solutions to technical issues with the company’s existing products.
Carry out installation and troubleshooting of all Telematics hardware and ensure all installations carried out by installers conform to engineering best practices.
Installation and Troubleshooting of Telematics and Sensors like the ones used in Car tracking, Fuel monitoring, Load sensors and other developing solutions.
The Software Business Analyst will perform a detailed required analysis, documenting needs, processes and performing some user acceptance testing. The Software Business Analyst amongst other responsibilities will work with the Software team and other departmental stakeholders, to identify gaps and suggest how available software applications can be optimized to better serve the organization and meet set objectives. He/she will also work closely with the organization’s business leaders, basically bridging the gap and improving efficiency
The .NET developer is going to be responsible for designing and developing software and web pages based on given performance requirements and design. The .NET developer must have strong communication skills to correspond with clients or business analysts while gathering technical system specifications, which a .NET developer needs in translating requirements into functional code.
