Job Description

• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and optimal workflow
• Define current state using tools like process maps and basic measurement and statistical tools.
• Support needs and gap analyses compared to organizations operational objectives. Compile and analyze key metrics to measure and support (works with the operations and performance manager on this).
• Provide improvement recommendations to Business Process Manager and key stakeholders that are substantiated by data.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Simulate and tests process improvements in conjunction with Operations Research unit
• Communicate process changes and facilitate the provision of training to the impacted business units.
• Work with Strategy and Marketing as a part of product development team.
