Ø Develop an effective plan to achieve Sales targets at all levels of sales leadership.
Ø Spearheading the development of sales plans, KPI reporting for sales team leads for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and sales strategic planning.
Ø Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Ø Conducting competitor and market analysis to determine and highlight key differentiators, monitor competitors’ activities including acquisitions, pricing changes and new product launch; with the aim of strategically positioning the brand and dominating the competitive landscape.
Ø Monitoring the quality of marketing and sales information, defining data acquisition and management improvement programs.
Ø Partner with sales team leads to design go-to-market strategy, allocate resources, and assign targets.
Ø People Manager (Recruit, build and nurture the sales team); Customer Manager (Strategically foster customer engagement) and Business Manager (Steer the business).
Ø Carry the overall sales target weight of the department, ensuring all targets and quotas are met accordingly.
Ø Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of the systems and processes and then documenting them.
Ø Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of systems and networks, both before and after the sale.

Ø Advising on product features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts.
Ø Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with other departments. For example, they collaborate with marketing department to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
Ø Responsible for motivating and advising the sales reps to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives.
Ø Working closely with internal teams to provide key business insights, define and implement appropriate sales, marketing, and business development strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the business.
Perform ad hoc analysis across multiple data sets, including Sales force, product databases, & more.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Ø Minimum education level – First degree in a related discipline from a reputable academic institution. Post-graduate qualification(s) and professional membership will be an added advantage.
Ø 7+ years of experience in sales and business development.
Ø Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
Ø Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.
