Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
o Develop optimization strategies that increase the company& search engine results rankings
o Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
o Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
o Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
o Perform ongoing keyword research and implementation including discovery and expansion
of SEO
o Keyword opportunities to drive and increase the most valuable traffic to the websites of the
Group and its subsidiaries
o Preparing detailed strategy reports
o Research and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
o Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to
achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
o Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
o Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling
discrepancies.
o Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
o Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
o Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
o Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Qualifications / Requirements
o BS / MS degree in a Quantitative, Test-driven field
o Proven SEO & SEM experience – will be asked to provide examples of your work and the
results achieved by actions
o Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
o Must possess knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce,
social platforms and the creative/design process
o Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
o Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
o Ability to prioritize/re-prioritize multiple projects and/or deadlines in a fast-paced and
constantly shifting work environment
o Highly organized and attentive to detail
o Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
o Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns
o Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
o Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
o In-depth experience with website analytics tools and SEO industry programs (e.g. Google
Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.)
