DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Credit Admin Officer inputs the new client’s data on the IBS and generates a Loan ID.
- Ensure successful take-up and management of all booked loan applications.
- Successfully manage client expectation throughout the application wait period, by constantly keeping
applicants informed.
- Closely monitor the application process to the point of disbursal.
- Actively keep records of successfully consummated requests (TAT, disbursed amount, tenor etc)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor’s or HND degree.
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communicator; Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Experience of relationship development with people at all levels, internally and externally.
