- MUST have a solid background/previous experience working as a core telesales manager, preferably in a financial services sector for a min. of 6yrs
- Demonstrable evidence of leading and managing a high performing team that delivers and exceeds targets
- Strong Leadership skills, the ability to 'show' as well as 'tell'
- Good written, presentation and communication skills
